Pulled from The Shadow Manual with following tweaks: - Corrected number of flipper rubbers (manual calls for two, game needs three). - My game and many I've seen have 2x rings on each outlane post so that's what this kit includes (manual only calls for 1x ring on each). - Added ring for mini-post behind center Mongol figure (not pictured in manual). - Manual calls for red flipper rubbers, I went with all black.

I made this kit to replaces all 20 rings and 6 post sleeves in The Shadow. I went with all black, so adjust as needed. The manual only lists 14 rings, so here are the changes (pics included for reference): (1) Flippers from 2 to 3 (I mean, come on); (2) 5/16" from 3 to 5 (outlane posts have 2 each); (3) 3/8" from 0 to 3 (manual missed the 3 mini-posts in the game; clear post by flasher above the right eject and two red posts on the same plastic...one behind the mongol above the left eject and one toward the tip under the battlefield). I hope this kit helps someone out there. Time for some Peking duck...

Instead of just clear - or all purple - I used the playfield as color cues for my selections, and going with clear for rubbers that cannot be seen in game play. The kit is accurate in rubber count and sizing. As previously noted - the manual is not entirely correct, but is attached for reference. Validated on 9/19/23.
